Design Terms of Service

Pro Products Direct offers our clients the ability to white-label products, apparel and marketing collateral. A benefit of our services is many of our products include a level of design service with the cost of the item (noted in individual product description).

Each item, on it's individual product page, will list the terms of design service that are included in the cost of the item.

Pro Products Direct reserves the right to limit/notify the client during the design process if the terms of design service have exceeded the amount initially agreed upon on purchase. 

Client may be subject to additional design fees if the client wishes to exceed the included level of design service for a particular item.

Proofing Process

Upon receiving an order, our staff will provide an Artistic Mock-Up of the item you have purchased accompanied by the logo/brand assets you have supplied, in order to aid in the visualization of a finished good. 

Once the mock-up is approved, our staff will provide a Print File to you for final approval. When reviewing print files for final approval, please look carefully at colors, logos, dimensions, and double check all spelling on the front and back of each custom item. Please note that colors may vary from screen to screen, so if there are any question about color, please contact artwork@proproducts.direct with any questions or concerns. Due to the custom nature of the order, once the artwork is approved, production will begin and changes cannot be made thereafter. Pro Products Direct will NOT be responsible for any errors, omissions, or discrepancies with the artwork after it has been approved by the customer.

Please take the time to thoroughly review every label proof before approving to ensure everything is perfect and ready to be sent to print!

Item Quality

Our materials have been selected in order to provide a quality feel and finish while still being able to keep the required production volume at a low minimum.
