Non-Returnable Items

Pro Products Direct provides custom white-label branding for our clients. Due to the customization and personalization, Pro Products Direct orders are not eligible for return.

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Pro Products Direct warrants the materials provided to the White Label client, including but not limited to chemical, bottle, and packaging, free from material defects and reasonably suitable for resale. Unless otherwise specified, the warranty period from Pro Products Direct to the White Label Client for the items shall be ninety (90) days from the date of the Distributor’s shipment. In the event the client finds defects in the product or its containment source,  the client’s sole remedy, subject to the limitation herein, shall be replacement of the product or refund of the amounts paid for any defective product, at the sole discretion of the of Pro Products Direct.

Exchanges

Exchanges are not accepted for any items that require any level of customization or personalization.

Refunds
Once an order is approved by the client, order is not eligible for a refund. If an order is placed but has not been fulfilled, customer may request a refund and the request will be considered. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.  

Note: should you ship an item to a freight forwarder, we will not warranty any products for damages.
