Within 48 business hours, a member of our team will reach out to review and confirm your order, make adjustments to any product names, and provide an estimated shipping quote. At this point, our team will also request a copy of your logo. 

Once received, our Graphic Design team will create a mockup of several bottles from your order using your logo, brand colors, and the template you selected. Your assigned designer will make any changes and adjustments needed to create the perfect label. Once you approve a final design, it will be sent to our production team to print, bottle and label.

Once we receive your logo, design template, brand colors, and any other creative inputs, the art department will create a mock-up of what the finished label will look like on a bottle and send it to you via e-mail for any feedback. 

Once you approve the final design, it will be sent to print.

Yes! You can create any product name you'd like

Initial Orders

First-time orders typically requires approximately 8-12 business days from order confirmation, through design, to pick-up of shipment by a 3rd-party delivery service.

Re-Orders

Typically require 2-5 business days from order confirmation to pick-up of shipment by a 3rd-party delivery service. 

Yes, but it requires some additional steps for you to take.

Amazon and other 3rd-party marketplaces typically require what's known as a GTIN (Global Trade Item Number) and/or UPC code to list products for sale. Unfortunately, we are unable to create these on behalf of our customers.

However, Amazon does offer the ability to request a GTIN exemption so that you don't need to do this. Here are some resources...

How to get your own unique barcode

If you opt to create your own barcode(s), you can send them to us and we're happy to add them to the label on your bottle when you place your next order.

Barcode creation and GTIN registration is the responsibility of the customer. 

1. Select Your Products and add them to your cart

2. Select the ‘Reorder’ design template from the "Select My Label" section of the order site and checkout. Selecting the re-order template will notify our design team to use the design on file.

NOTE: If your order includes any product that was not previously ordered, it will require a new design template to be created and approved before the order will be shipped which may result in an additional 1-2 business days to process.

Contact the art department/graphic designer you worked with on your original design describing the changes you'd like to make.
If you would like to change your template after you've already provided final approval, it will be subject to a $50 design fee.

Other significant changes may be subject to additional design fees.

Logo must be provided as a vector file: .ai, .svg, .eps, or .pdf

No, they do not. Customers must supply their own barcodes if you would like them included on your labels.
